Join our Hackathon competition events and have your students test their programming skills in a fun and enriching environment! We supply the challenge task and the rest is up to the students create a program to solve the problem outlined in the task. There will be instructors present to help, teach, motivate, advise and bug test throughout the event, so students of any skill level will be well supported. Students will also have time to play each other’s programs before the end of the event. Students will leave with their own programs, improved problem-solving skills, stronger programming logic and a great experience.

Late pick up fee: If your student is not picked up by 5:00pm there will be a flat $10 fee paid at the time of pick up. Walkers and bikers must have permission from parents before the event to walk or bike home.

STEM exCEL Enrichment Center does not offer additional Extended Care before 8:45am or after 5:00pm.

Supplies:
Students must bring lunch and snacks to the event–please no nuts of any kind. We will not give out any food/drinks due to allergy restrictions.
• Lunch in a cooler
• Snacks for lunch or break time (NO PEANUT BUTTER)
• Water bottle
• Label all items
Do NOT bring electronics, cash or any other objects that could be lost or go missing. It is not the responsibility of STEM exCEL if this happens.
